That's right this time I'm at the helm. Let's give Manicben a rest!
Time:
The expected start time is 12pm. Please aim to arrive at 11:30am so we can get everyone signed up. Anyone who arrives after 12:15pm will NOT be able to participate!
Location:
Regent's Park Band Stand
Directions:
Here is a map of Regent's Park. Head to the area marked
Bandstand. We suggest taking the London Underground or Bus to
Baker Street.
Tournament Format:
Burst format - Block Round Robin
Price:
All participants must pay a £3 fee for one tournament. Cash Only please!
If you have a valid Blader Passport, entry is free!
Blader Passports can be purchased on the day for £10 and last a whole year!
Prizes:
Credits and Faces will be awarded!

This tournament is being hosted by
xHB SAUCEx, I've been attending for 5 years and I think it's time I gave hosting a shot. I have chosen
Manicben to Judge when needed.
Important Advice:
Remember to turn up on time. If you arrive later than 12:15pm, your place will be forfeit and you will not be able to participate.
Please keep in mind we are in a public park. Any bad behavior will not be tolerated! Please keep all belongings with you at all times as the Host is not responsible for your belongings!
One last thing is to have fun! Enjoy the Hobby we all know and love!

Just got home from work hah. Yes I am seeing this... enough for two blocks! I'm getting everything ready now. If some one could bring a spare bb10 for free play that would be great as unfortunately mine has a crack in the middle must have happened last time.

Oh, that reminds me actually - if anybody has anything going spare that I could borrow, that'd be great. My Burst things haven't arrived yet, sadly.
is this tournament only burst or burst and limited?
I'm on the train now, I should be at Regents Park for 11:30 looking forward to seeing everyone and trying out Burst!
Edit: Avenger I think we're going to try Burst and Plastics (there should be enough people to lend out plastics if you don't have any)

Had a great time, but please everyone remember to prepare for colder weather. Coats, jackets and stuff, since we had two people look very cold...

Btw, slightly off topic @[Kai-V], but I was told that tournament processing was on hold due to a BP System upgrade (which I will say nothing more about
). Is this true and how long will it take before tournaments will start being processed again?

Definitely not bad though, better than those seven London was struggling to get just a few months ago.
Tournament processing is definitely still going ahead, except for Burst-format events. We will prefer to process those in a separate 'category' of the Beypoint System, and that does require an upgrade.

Thanks, that's been duly noted. In that case I'll get the MFB tournament processed by @[LMAO] and wait till after the upgrade (BP System 2.0?
) for our Bursts to be processed.
I had a really good time was nice to see everyone again! I didn't do as bad as I thought I would and at least I lost to all the people that got in the finals but I'm going to need to get some more practise in with this new system before the next tournament I can attend haha!
