Hi there, sorry if this thread isn't relevant to the forum.. ._. Please let me know if it is.

Anyway... I've been wanting to host a official WBO tournament for a long while now (specifically in MFB and Burst format). I understand that it is difficult and takes time, but I just want to know specifically on what should I do to start.

First off, there are Bladers in my area. I would say a few. I checked in the Map, there are rarely Bladers active. Some haven't been online on the WBO for at least 2-3 years. But that doesn't mean they're not Blading to this day. So, I would like to know if there are any active Miami Bladers. (you don't have to be in the Miami area. If you live far away, you can still compete in my tourney, that is if you're willing to travel.)

I have had scrolled through the rules for tournaments, such as formats and things. I still need to know more about tournaments so I can fully understand.

About hosting a tournament, I would also like to compete. I would most likely host one, if I can, by next year.

Thank you for reading and I hope I can start learning more about WBO events. XD
Well hi Grin

Read this if you are planning to host a WBO sanctioned event yourself, http://worldbeyblade.org/Forum-Event-Proposals

EDIT: for the other questions, maybe someone else will answer
First of all, cool that you are interested in hosting a tournament - it is actually not that difficult at all and sometimes does not require much preparation at all.

You should read this thread from BeybladeStation; it gives a good overview of what is needed to organise an event : http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-How-to-m...-The-Guide

Basically, do you already have a legal stadium ? Which one(s) ?

Thank you! I'll check it out now. And yes, I have 2 BB-10s, 1 Zero-G stadium and 1 Burst Stadium.

Hey Smile And thank you, I will.
Haha you sound like me. Yea all you really need is a bb10 or a b-9 depending on your format, people, and a venue, also a knowledge of the rules. A venue is the hardest thing to get in my opinion. I would try a public park with no rules against commercial use.
Make sure you read the event guide (http://worldbeyblade.org/eventguide.pdf). That gives an overview on all the tourney formats and everything. Also make sure you are familiar with the Universal Rulebook so you know what to do in every circumstance. After that just gather bladers and post a thread in the event proposals and the Committee will guide you from there. Smile
