Well the Transformers has been incorporated into a lot of TV series since like the 1980s
So I want to know what was you
favorite series. Here is a list of them

My Favorites in order were probably The Beast Wars Era and Transformers Armada. Beast Wars cause it was just awesome and Armada because I grew up watching it and I just lived the minicons in the Armada series
You shouldn't have Generation 2 there, it's just old G1 episodes with some bad CG tossed in. If there were more Transformers fans on the board I'd probably tell you to split up things even further, to the Japanese G1 series (Headmasters, Victory, Masterforce, etc.). Seperating Neo, II, and Beast Machines from Beast Wars, etc.
I do find it odd though that you list Armada and Energon seperately, since the latter is a direct sequel to the former. Cybertron was retconned in the dub to be a sequel to Armada and Energon. That said, the trio is often refered to as the Unicron Trilogy in North America, and Micron Legend, Superlink, and Galaxy Force are refered to as the Micron Trilogy in Japan.
The two standalones in Robots In Disguise/Car Robots, and Animated are pretty cool stuff. Car Robots is very Japanese, and is having a super hard time being released on DVD here because of Disney. Animated's show had a really swell storyline, just some awkward designs, and a early cancellation.
As for the Beast Era, I do wish we had seen Transtech (the proposed follow-up series to Beast Machines, later canned in favour of Armada, which took forever to create, hence a localized Car Robots).
The new series is currently casting in LA. We should get some more info, hopefully soon.
Oh yea I put the Unicron Trilogy separate and all because I didn't think most people would even realize they were in the same trilogy let alone even connected so I just made them separate

i liked energon most but beast wars is beast
id have to say R.I.D because its the first prime i realy wanted but never got, until a month a go at a colletible toy shop i got Omaga Prime! witch was the must have when it came out.

I didnt include the Series that aired only in japan because i don't think many people actually saw them outside of Japan

Robots in Disguise was the first Transformers series I ever watched lol
I didn't get much in to the toys until Armada and then i really wanted them after Cybertron because the the Cyber Keys lol
yeah but beast wars was good and all the other "beast wars" shows weren't
really never realized that I have only seen the first season online lol never really got to the others ones
I think most of the series sucked after Armada. I personally like Armada cause i grew up watching it lol
Animated really sucked lol
Animated is my current fave because unless you pay attention to the story, most people take one look and say, "ooh look its animated big deal." Because what they don't realies is the story is realy deep and has one of the ...(for lack of a better word)... twistiest plot twists ever and you don't want someone to spoile it for you.

Beast Machines is a terrific show if you forget that it's a sequel to Beast Wars.
