A fighting type that can destroy teams with a swords dance plus close combat and resists psychic and flying types to the point of a 2HKO, which by then it has already killed your entire team? You can't run from Lucario, it will find you....

Lol, i use that too. But I like my diamond team too. Infernape, Giratina, Garchomp, Lucario, Weavile, Drifblim/Milotic/Tyranitar. It's beastly. And Lucario with Dragon Pulse as a level-up move says hi.

My FEAR Rattata says automatic KO.

Not with priority moves like extremespeed.

EX: Physical sweeper moves common for Lucario:
Extremespeed
Close Combat
Swords Dance
Blaze Kick
Bone Rush
etc.

wish they would just keep some of the names instead of trying to come up with silly word-pun-kind of names.

But...That's all they are, even Japanese names. It doesn't sound likeone because you don't speak Japanese. Look at the name origins parts of the pokemon articles on Bulbapedia.

Sceptile is the best and will never lose when its in level 100.

...I take a Dragonite to it. 2 Turn KO. Or even better, FEAR Rattata, level 1.
