This character are very weird... :-/

Either they are taking kids less seriously, or they really lowered the age of their target audience... This design especially proves it hah.

His design is otherwordly. My favorite Burst character easily.

Maybe too bold of a prediction, but I suspect that this character is evil. Something about him seems off.

Not really evil, he has not "power" like Metal Fight.

That is not the manga, it is just scenes of the anime with speech bubbles over them. They did that with Pokémon and I doubt it will be released outside of South Korea too.
