Consider bringing a tripod if you have one, but it's mostly important to just bring a good camera, I have a camcorder if necessary.

I will likely visit Little Tokyo soon and scope out the area to see if there is a fitting spot to hold the event, Weller Court is not a bad spot, but if possible it would be better to hold it within Little Tokyo or somewhere in the Village Plaza.

After a location is found, everything else is ready, we will just need to gather attendees. The working date is March 26th, so everyone should make sure if that date works.
I have a new flyer ready for the new event, it will be posted in this thread when we begin gathering attendees, and I plan to use it to post around the event area after we get everything officially confirmed.

I can't do the 26th, I'm going to WonderCon. How about the 2nd or 9th?

I went down to Little Tokyo today, Anime Jungle has a card shop next door with tables, which is part of the shop that sells Burst blades, I asked someone there if we would be able to hold a Beyblade tournament in the card shop and he said he wouldn't have a problem with it, but said to contact them on Facebook.

Note: I messaged Anime Jungle about the event, I'm currently awaiting a response.

Please count me in Just to be clear, where exactly in LA will it be? Also: would we need to use Burst? Or can we use Metal Fight Beys?

Go to Street veiw, and a block away from the huge shopping center is a big walkway with a knot sculpture. down that walkway is a plaza near a little Space shuttle. Right there.

We may end up holding the event in the Anime Jungle card shop, I may have to call or go down and speak with them because I haven't gotten a response still, they don't seem to be the best with responding.
I'd personally prefer to host it within Little Tokyo if possible, as opposed to a block away.

It is still technically Little Tokyo, it's just across the street from where Anime Jungle is. And Weller Court could hold more people too. I'm just trying to make this less dependant on a store's late reply.

The 9th is the best for me because I have to study for a test on the 8th

Just as so long as if this is next week or within these 3 weeks I can make it, no doubt. ESpecially if it's on a Saturday.

I will still have to make an attendance list for confirmed and possible attendees within this thread before I can take it to Kai-V, just so we're sure who is definitely able to make it and that we can get at least 7 confirmed.

EDIT: I just want to be sure that it is a Metal Fight/Zero G tournament, and not Burst, as I do not own any Burst Beyblades.

The main event is MFB, we plan on doing plastics and burst as a side thing, just to mess around.

I have a NIB Kreis Cignus, Jade Jupiter random Booster, and another 4-D bey. You don't need to worry about buying anything for the main event, but s side event prize would be cool. Otherwise people tend to leave sooner.
