Missingno. wrote Hum, I think that the WBO don't really need this. Something that could be interesting to think about is a format between Limited and Standard. For example, Metal Wheels like Basalt, Hell, and Gravity are banned in Limited, but they are not that great in Standard, especially Gravity. There's a lot of better options to use, mainly Synchroms, they are way safer and more performant. So, we can say that theses parts are "abandonned". You can't use thems in Limited, and in Standard they sucks. I think that the only way to "give them a chance to shine" is to create a sub format.

what do you guys think? a format where the wheels he mentioned and others that are banned from limited but dont do well in standard? he may said it was an idea that wasnt serious but its still worth sharing
Couldn't you have just used your old thread? Speechless

But if we had a sub format for Gravity, Hell and Basalt to be added (and possibly every other banned item on the list if that's what you are hinting at), they would obviously dominate. Even if synchormes were banned, we still have 3 wheels that would win. I feel like unbanning BD145 or whatever else would basically make it virtually the same as Standard.. I say no.

My thoughts exactly. The format would be pretty redundant, especially since the banning of Gravity (and to a lesser extent Hell) is still fairly controversial.
Yeah, this is pretty much the same thing with a different name, haha.

There isn't alot to debate, but we can do so in the first topic.
