WBO Idol! — Season III
Welcome WBO members! I am here to announce that the we will be holding another "season" of the popular WBO Idol! I know all of you have a hidden voice that you want to bring out so lose the nerves, say "eh, why not" and record that angelic voice!
Any person can participate as it will an open poll to all of the community when voting begins! If you are debating whether or not you should, just think about the worse that could happen … you don't move on but you get the satisfaction of knowing you put yourself out there when you originally did not think you would!
RULES:
- Be lenient on profanity (censor anything too far out of the WBO's word filters).
- When choosing your song, don't use one that someone would take great offense to. (i.e. degrading race, sexuality, etc.)
- State your username IN THE RECORDING OR VIDEO. This way we know if you are who is singing.
- Add WBO Idol Season 3 to the title of the video or recording.
- This is a singing competition, so no rapping unless it is just a small section of the song.
- Please PM your entry to me. You may post it in this thread but PM it to me first or it will not be entered.
- No original songs. Make them covers.
- If you sing over a song, make sure the original artist is relatively quiet. After all, it would sure be mean to have us think you sound like Queen B when in reality you sound like a beached whale (no offense to anyone that sounds like a beached whale).
- Upload your entry to Youtube, Soundcloud, or something similar that can be accessed by everyone.
OPEN ROUND
ANYONE can send an entry at this point!! Once the entry period is over, you can no longer enter!! The entry deadline is set for March 14 11:59 PM EST at this point but could be subject to change. Again, don't be shy! It's all for fun!!
Hopefully we can get enough entries to have multiple rounds!
