I do not really understand your question, but our Beypoint System has nothing to do with the Beypointer, which was only useful inside certain regions of Asia. All you have to do to gain (or lose, unfortunately) Beypoints here is to participate in an approved tournament. You can find out more about that inside the BeyPoints section accessible under our banner, or around the Official Events forum.
