Here is the thread for England/London, where sometimes people are trying to organise tournaments. You should post there and keep checking once in a while to see if anything concrete is being done :

There used to be several events in London in the last few years, and there were two in the previous year. One Member did contact me recently about wanting to host another one in 2015, so hopefully something will happen in the upcoming months.
