I just got the defense/stamina synchrome set(BBG-25) and was wondering what combos I could use in a tournament ...
FYI : these are the parts:
Reviser + stone face, Wyvang (exclusive to this set) + stone face, Balro (exclusive to this+the attack/balance set), Orojya, Goleim, killerkraken, e230,145,a230,wb,eds,sb and extra: 160,ad145,wd,jsb

did you have other parts you already owned?! it will be easier to make a competitive combo with these parts. with what you listed I can may-be tell you this combo. it could be competitive but missing some good parts: Killerken Revizer (could be switched) E230WB/SB/WD
but you want combos for Standard or Zero-G format?

Mostly zero-g but could include standart
This question does need to be posted in the "Build me a combo!" topic. So, you were in the right forum, but not the exact right place.
