After looking around, I thought it would be pretty interesting to post the Top 10 Most Active Regions for 2013 and 2014 (for now, up until June 30th- this will be updated at the end of each month), just to start with. It's pretty interesting to see within which regions are the most active, with the most events, to show where Beyblade can be considered the most popular, etc.

If you find any inaccurate data, please feel free to show me and let me know.

Here we go:

Top 10 Most Active Regions of 2013:
1. Toronto with 17 events.
2. North Carolina with 15 events.
3. Virginia and Maryland are tied, with 13 events.
4. India with a number of 12 events.
5. New York with 9 events.
6. Michigan with 8 events.
7. CT with 7 events (which is awesome considering we only started that year Tongue_out)
8. London with 5 events.
9. California and Puerto Rico are tied with 4 events.
10. Finally, Indiana, New Jersey, and Illinois are tied with 2 events.

Top 10 Most Active Regions of 2014 (To be Updated June 30th, 2014)
1. Maryland with 8 tournaments.
2. New York tied with Toronto with 7 tournaments.
3. North Carolina with 5 tournaments.
4. Connecticut with 4 tournaments.
5. Michigan and Virginia are tied with 3 tournaments.
6. Illinois, California, and Louisiana tied with 2 tournaments.
7. India with 1 tournament
8.
9.
10.

Considering the year is not over and the decline of releases, it's not surprising not as many events have happened, yet. Hopefully, the releases of Legends and the opening of The Beyblade Shop will increase our numbers, haha. Despite the slightly lower activity in regions like London and Australia, other regions have been growing quickly, like CT.

I thought this information would be pretty interesting to know of, though.

#MDrepresents in everything. Were on pace for more events this year than last year even
Where did you count GBT2 in all this? Considering Toronto has definitley had more than 1 other tournament and all
NC has had five tournaments.
Revival Standard (Jan)
Revival Limited (Jan)
Blizzard aftermath Zero G (March)
GBT2 Qualifier Limited (March)
BeyDays limited (May)

Also didn't India have two tournaments?

Nice thread this seems interesting to keep up with this stuff. I never thought of it before.

Ah, I missed the BeyDays one, my bad and thank you for pointing it out. Tongue_out
NC would have more but due to a car wreck in February they got put on hold temporarily. But we are back in full swing.
Is VA not even up there? Well. I hope to have VA much more active this Summer.

Oh man, I was just reading Maryland. That's my fault. Anyways I hope it climbs this Summer.
This would be even more awesome if you made lists going all the way back to 2008. Wink

Toronto has had seven tournaments this year so far:

A YEAR: The Month of Rebirth
Beys of Glory 2
GRAND BATTLE PRELUDE: Metal Fight Beyblade
GRAND BATTLE PRELUDE: Heavy Metal System
GRAND BATTLE TOURNAMENT 2: WBO North American Championship 2014
GRAND BATTLE ENCORE: Plastics
GRAND BATTLE ENCORE: Zero-G
Aren't you forgetting the qualifier?
I like the concept of this thread, Leone19. Great work!

Anyways, I searched up Toronto's tournaments as of 2013, and found that your results were perfect. Amazing, simply amazing. Smile

Here's a list of Toronto's tournaments of 2013. Feel free to add this to the OP, if you'd like want to.

Actually, not perfect haha. PLASTIC'S NOT DEAD! 3 and HMS' NOT DEAD! 3 did not have enough participants. That puts us at 17.

Let's take this thread to another level and post lists of not only the most active regions from 2013/2014, but all years that WBO/Beywiki tournaments have been hosted since our inception. Unless someone has a lot of time on their hands, we'll probably need help from people in each region. Here's a chronological list of all (successful) Toronto tournaments ever hosted, dating back to 2008 (I knew my personal list would come in handy one day!) to help get this started.

Ah, thanks! It's all fixed.
Thought I'd just update the amount of Toronto's tournaments this year by host, date, and format:

Pockyx3's Events:

~ [4/6/14] A YEAR: The Month of Rebirth (Limited Format)

JesseObre's Events:

~ [8/24/14] End of the Era (Limited Format)

Overall, Toronto has had a total of 14 events, four consisting of Standard, four consisting of Limited, two consisting of Zero-G, two consisting of HMS, and two consisting of Plastics, all as of August 27th, 2014.
Since we're done the 2014 events here in Toronto, figured I'd finish the list. Smile

Overall, we have a total of 21 events, 7 Standard, 6 Limited, 3 Zero-G, 2 HMS, 2 Plastics and 1 Team Standard, slightly beating out 2011 with 20. I'm not too sure about past years, but in 2014, we had two events in one day multiple different times, so that had to definitely do with something, also having five tournaments the weekend of AN 2014.

Looking forward to more good events this year!

Updated list for Toronto. I also added in a Toronto Format Frequency list for all completed tournaments. Funny to see a format that doesn't exist anymore on there (Open Format). Also, we're approaching our 100th event! We should be able to hit that milestone this year. I wonder if any other individual regions are close to that.

Still waiting for others to put together lists for the other regions around the world!

edit: Added Mitsu's complete 2015 list for Toronto.
Here's 2015 finished and out of the way! Super amazing year for the Toronto Beyblade community. Smile

@[Kei]
Cool, thanks Mitsu! Added the data to my previous post. Although, I only count 20 events on that list for 2015.
