World Beyblade Organization by Fighting Spirits Inc.

I am seeking out people for my 20th Birthday Tournament. I am not hosting this through the WBO unfortunately (like proposing as an event), but I really need more than 3 people to make this fun. Due to safety reasons, I'd like to make this tournament open to any *female bladers [ages 13 and Up] who would be willing to come.
