So this was a last minute tournament and we ended up getting three last minute cancelations. I was worried it wouldn't happen when all these "Bladers" confirmed. We ended up having perfectly 8. What's sort of weird was BladerLights dad was one of the confirmed and we didn't know it was him so we actually ended up waiting for 5 minutes before BladerLight told us that his dad was BladerHope.

After that the tourney went cool. The preliminaries went good until we saw hat I had accidentally put a loss for a Blader who won on challonge. We tried to change the matches, but we failed so we had to take some screenshots of the battles that had happened and then we had to reset the bracket and then put the scores in challonge again. It took about 5 minutes, but we successfully resumed the tourney.

The first finals went smoothly, until we realized that only 3 people were supposed to make it to the finals and we took 4. We kept going, because of how late is was and, everyone besides Time tied. So we did a tiebreaker and we used are Bladers Spirit to keep it going. In the second tiebreaker we once again all went 1-1. Finally in the third tiebreaker I slid past LikeABoss921 and BlitzArmor to go against Time.

The final battle was just boring to watch since I lost so badly. 15-0 if you want to count by single battles, but 3-0 in matches. I took all the photos and plenty of videos and I was about to post them, but it is taking a while for it to transfer from my phone to my computer, but the video will most likely be on the BeyChannel.

Overall it was a good tournament, besides the lack of Bladers. I hope GBT2 goes good and that Time has time to go.
Time better have time to go since its time for him to shine in his prime time.

In the finals for the qualifiers, each round counted as a whole battle, correct? If so, you're win % will defintely go down, haha.

Even though it seems like the tournament had its shaky moments, at least it ended up being official.

Yeah my win percentage went down. This format has been my worst yet. It went all well though.
You know you can simply remove yourself from the finals and have BlitzArmor play against Time for the trip to AN instead doing all the tie breakers. This is a small mistake which can be very easy to fix.

This is incorrect. After the original Round Robin, below is the top 4 placers' standings:

7W - 0L LikeABoss921
5W - 2L Time
5W - 2L BlitzArmor
4W - 3L RagerBlade

That is a very clear Top 3. RagerBlade should not have advanced, as was mentioned in the tournament thread as well.

As it progressed into the Final Rounds, you could have easily removed yourself from the finals as soon as you realized the error, and only count the matches among the 3 finalists, and notify us in the result.

No, they are processed normally. 1 Beybattle = 3 Rounds.

Anyway, apart from the small hiccup, everything seemed to have worked out well. Also, props for submitting the result and fee promptly!
Actually by the time we checked the thread and realized it we had already finished the first finals and started the tiebreaker, but I guess we could have changed it.
Honestly, though it didn't matter in the long run, someone who should have been in the finals won in the end

You mean you winning right, but what if I had won then that would have been a problem.
That's why I said it ended up not mattering, not that it didn't at that moment
