It definitely only applies to people traveling to a championship : anybody else in the top three of the tournament would definitely have to post their winning combinations, and the qualifying winners will simply post theirs after the championship, promptly.

Winning customizations of qualifying winners should be sent to the Committee, or at least to Uwik since he is not attending the championship, if you doubt the rest of us' sportsmanship.
The sad thing is despite going 10/11 (depending on how the fancy finals is counted)-2 on the day I may still end up losing beypoints...
