Ive Been noticing allot of threads being closed because they are uneeded or already exist. Because of members making these kinds of threads the poor admins have to go around closing them.
So I invented this thread, so when ever someone is going to make a new thread they can post what there new thread is going to be here (before actually making it) so they can save themselves the embarasment and save the admins the trouble.
