Hi guys, has or is anyone using rinkya as a replacement of the yahoon japan auctions? I used a friends card, nothing has been done while on rinkya except for one bid which was lossed. In the card statement, my friend had $77 taken out from his bank account. Im wondering how was the money taken, no notice whatsoever or anything, we have replied to rinkya bit they dont respond.

Also we cant log back onto our account on rinkya. We are frustrated and confused for what teason $77 was taken out.

I think we might have a Rinkya topic, but otherwise, this might not be the best place to get help since I believe most people use other means to buy on Yahoo! Japan Auctions.

There might have been some service fees, but it should definitely not have been that high.
