How on earth is it any different to people continuously asking the same question again, and again, and again, before a committee member makes a post along the lines of "Get it in to your head, use the search function."
And this isn't even targeted at kids, it's parodying the whole informational cartoon.
It's targeted at 14+ year olds who are repeatedly making the same choice not to search for things themselves, and instead just post questions wherever they feel like it.

I realize your frustration and it's not completely unjustified, but something like this will only drive people away and give a bad impression.
