A few problems.
This combo must be tested 20 rounds in the BB-10 Stadium. (Or Zero-G Stadium)
This combination is either way very outclassed, not to mention WD's balance issues on 230.
However, this will not be closed if you post the tests I mentioned earlier.

For tests, they need to be similar to this:
Twisted SGTO vs. Scythe Kronos
Twisted: 13 Wins (10 OS, 3 KO)
Scythe: 7 Wins (All OS)
Twisted SGTO Win Rate 65%.

I'm going to lock this after you respond to this question, is this meant to be for Standard or Limited?
Also, you need to test against combinations that actually do well - in the competitive list perhaps? If it's for limited, then you need to read the stickied threads.
It really doesn't stand a chance in Standard. Even if it was for Limited, I believe Basalt/Twisted is banned.
