World Beyblade Organization by Fighting Spirits Inc.

When i buy my Rev Up Launcher on eBay, a Wind launcher was include in the buying. I saw that it's power of launch was the poor EVER ! BUT ! I find one utility to that launcher, it is very usefull for calulate stamina. When you chrono your beys in undisturbed spin launches, the wind launcher is perfect because it is precise and constant. So, it is good just for that, never use it in tournament, never .... XD
