I was thinking about a system much like a calendar to organize events and tournaments in this forum. I would probably use a public version of a Google calendar so everyone could see what events are going on and roughly when they would be over.
Beforehand, I had this "approval" system running and that wasn't very effective or efficient but with this system, approval wouldn't be needed necessarily but to have your event up on the calendar, you'd have to run it by me first.
Also, this way tournaments would probably have a higher success rate/turnout since they would be on the calendar for everyone to see. Threads wouldn't need bumping to stay at the top of the forum.
I'm thinking of a "Your Creations this month" thread every month with a new calendar.
It's gonna take some effort to get it started off but I'm sure that it will work out. So what do you guys think?

ATTENTION!
If you are planning to host a drawing, graphics, etc. tournament in Feburary, please PM Tri so I will have an idea of what to add to next months 'Your Creations: Febuary 2014' thread. This will be a good way to get more participation in your tournaments. Please only PM me if this will be a big thing, that won't fail, as in it will actually happen and won't stop due to participants not participating or anything of the sorts. STAY COMMITED! If you repeatedly fail to stay commited to a tournament (hosting or participating) you won't be able to in the future.
