Recently i found an old beyblade of mine, and thought i remember these being very fun to play with. So i went on youtube and watched videos for a while on beyblades. Finding, the beybladegeeks and wanted to try some of the newer ones out. So i ordered some of the takara tomy kinds from amazon because thats what they messed around with. While waiting for them to come through the mail I went to a local store(Walmart) that had only Hasbro Shogun Steel beyblades, So i though why not, they are on sale. $60, 7 beyblades and an arena later, i tested them out. I have no clue if its just me but, 1. Some of the beyblades felt like they would break fast, and 2. when i launched a beyblade with the included launcher, they bounced, hit the side of the arena and was spinning for 20 seconds then stopped, and that without battling another beyblade. Is the launcher that comes with the beyblades really that bad? Or is it just "my" beyblades? I know next to nothing about beyblades since i just started to get interested in them again.
Metal Fight Beyblades (those you bought are part of that series) are quite durable. They are made of more metal, so they should give you the impression of being less fragile than older Beyblades.

That show of poor stamina is due both to the stadium, whichever you purchased, the powerless launcher (the best are the Beylaunchers, or String Launchers), and whatever the parts of your Beyblade were. If it was an Attack type, for instance, it is not meant to have a lot of Stamina.
