At this point there is like 0 chance RB won't be unbanned come February, so I'd say testing well known/excellent combos like this against it isn't a bad idea, at the very least the information will be useful. It's not a part new combos should be tested against to show they work, of course, but once a combo is established or if it's already been tested against RSF, there's no harm in it.
