It appears that major stores aren't selling them here anymore. I've tried Target and Big W yet I haven't seen any for ages. I haven't tried Toys'R'Us for over a year. Your best bet is to maybe find a hobby store.
However, mentioning you are in Sydney, I'm planning of hosting a tournament in Sydney some time next year so if you want you should PM me!
Melbourne's stock has cleared out as well, sadly, in basically all the major store chains: big w, target, k mart, toys r us, etc. The only place that I know has a few is Toyworld.
