DF145 is by no means top tier.
You must also do twenty tests minimum.

Revizer offers as much smash as I do free puppies. There's a reason it's top tier in defence.
S130 shouldn't be used. W145 should.

Em... just a couple thoughts.
This thing is a grinder I presume, AKA something that used the disk of E230 to destabilize and grind the opponent into an OS, correct? Well, then 2 things:
1) When you're trying to disrupt somebody's balance, it's quite essential to be able to keep your own, IMO. Otherwise, you'll just cause yourself to be destabilized, so I wouldn't recommend using SB. I'd go for MB, honestly.
2) Why Leviathan Killerken? :\ You've already removed most of defense the combo had when you put on SB, so I don't see a reason to put Leviathan and Killerken up there... I'd go with Genbull^2 E230MB, actually. It's one of my winning combos. XD
That said, IMO your concept was right on the money.
In fact, I'm working on a thread for a grinder of sorts myself; you just need to switch the parts around a bit and see if you can come up with something better.
EDIT: Is your Duo Takara Tomy or hasbro? Also, if you're looking to test this I would recommend using a CW other than Uranus... something like Aquario, Cancer, or Cygnus.
You need more tests before you make a thread, both tests against more combos and more tests against each (20 is the standard, not 10). Explaining what your combo is supposed to be good at is also rather important.
