Neo, about the whole Dragoon being used as a pawn thing, would you please point me to an episode, because I have no recollection of that. Tyson seemed to be enthralled with Dragoon from the beginning, and I can't remember Dragoon ever "throwing" a battle.

Remember the modding episode of V Force episode 20, Dragoon didn't listen to him then, I don't think... Or was it that Takao couldn't control him I don't know.

Episode 2 of V Force Dragoon didn't come out but I think it was for safety reasons.
They're all bad to be perfectly honest, have a legit winning streak but get easily overwhelmed and in cases make question how "good" are they really.

You really want a main character who trashes everyone all the time? They do develop to be better, which is better than plowing through everyone all the time.
I think zero is the better blazer as he had defeated samurai Pegasus and Ronin dragoon

From what I can remember, early V-Force episodes had a subplot where Dragoon wouldn't fight properly. Maybe my mind was fabricating something?
BY Pawn I meant kind of like in 2000 he saw Dragoon as nothing more then a means to win, then grew out of that and saw him as a friend/companion.

If that's the case then did he already see Dragoon as a friend in the first series, look at episode 36 and 51.

I figured out what I was thinking, when dragoon wouldn't come out because of Ozuma trying to capture him in V-F. Not that he wouldn't listen to Tyson.
Anyhow, I meant that Tyson kind of over enthusiastic and didn't see Dragoon as a true being until he came out when fighting kai in 2000.

Oh yeah, he sort of saw him as something to amp up his blade, but he was still likeable and it develops his relationship.
my favorite is zero cause he is cool even thought he is kinda annoying but in the end he makes me laugh so hard

No, both Tyson and Gingka suffer Ash syndrome (OP at one season(Sometimes one battle), next they lose that victory edge and completely forgot what they learned from the season prior except for CERTAIN elements of how they play.)

As for the third fellow, I don't have anything bad to say so he's fine.

As for the other two, I do. Tyson while I can believe his development especially in G-Revolution I find to be quite well done though it bugs me to an extreme degree. Gingka however is FAR worse, I don't need to say when and where it's exposed the most but...I will say it's exposed in his second match with Phoenix(Where he shows off he can do the abilities that Tsubasa and Kyoya, it's a keen eye on how your allies play and it would make him seem far more of a better blader if he ACTUALLY used this strategy more but after said match, never used again. Not to say Tyson doesn't suffer from the same issue..Well I can't remember the last time he busted a Volcano Ambition or Tiger Claw, however his development was how he handled the battlefield which is exposed in G-Revolution must notably during the finals against F-Dynasty where he takes his time to plan and make sacrifices, then it's forgotten during his match Garland a tad but hey.) Yes a development like that is impressive if they ACTUALLY do it more than once.

Plowing through others? Sounds like Kai in G-Revolution lel only Brooklyn and Tyson stopped him but hey, Also Ryuga. I know that plowing makes them seem like a big threat and someone who shouldn't be taken as a joke but someone who can end your reputation, established to a main character could be devastating if they actually face defeat going into the training to a new degree phase.

But I possibily am remembering to much.
I agree Kai defeats nearly everyone but he battles less, this discussion is about the main protagonists and Kai isn't as predictable as Ryuga. Gingka is a person we are forced to follow everytime to watch his matches, at least the other Bladers battles end quicker.

Yet when we watch Gingka he doesn't develop, he's just re-learning a tactic he learned from a season prior.

He really just pulls that Blader Spirit card over and over again and while Kai and Takaos battles did have that "never give up" attitude, it felt more different as they learn new things, I think.

That's because they do learn things from their matches.
I think Ginga is more like a teacher to his opponents.

I'd agree if his enemies ever did show up more than once or actually learned anything...

So with that, Ginga really teaches lessons that a few people don't learn which seems like a waste, it could jus be development but the two examples you mentioned are never seen again on a good note so it seems like they just want to show that Ginga and his "Blader spirit" just rules out anything...

Ah well it's better than when people blindly defend Takao only due to nostalgia, I can't stand people like that quite honestly. If valid points are brung which people here do which is good, then I agree Takao is better, some other places though...

I'm not blinded by Nostalgia(However admittedly when it comes to Cerberus I am.) Though I've been gladly so negative to Gingka though the good thing I can say about him is that we was willing to start over from scratch from Storm Pegasus to Galaxy Pegasus which is a pretty gigantic effort to fall behind admittedly.

I'm not talking about you, I'm really referring to some people I have seen in other sites who cannot accept a new series just because it's different, it's fine to like one more than another of course as what I was talking about was a little different.

I know you weren't talking about me lolz. Though what I tried to say but I failed terribly as point it out is that my original intent was to say that I respect those who don't let nostalgia blind judgement.
I love indie games so I usually pick the classics over the newest things, but i would have to say Gingka. He is sort of classic 9 ( since is no longer a main character) but with beyblade newer is usually better. Gingka is a old character who keeps up woth up with the seres. his pegasus is a zero G bey now, so he is updated on everything.

EVERYONE GET THIS FORUM NOOOOOOWWWW I DIDNT EVEN POST MOST OF THOSE THINGS SOMEONE HACKED INTO MY ACOUNT!!!
I didn't understand half of that, classic 9? Why did you reference indie games?
Apparently someone hacked his account.
