When I first became active around 3 months ago, every minute there was a new comment. now, I need to wait for 10 minutes for a new comment. why is that?

A comment on what? We have a pretty quick reply ratio, I'm not sure what you're talking about. SaintBlader is correct, school is beginning for me and more in a week and some have already begun. Is it a thread you've created? Because that is how it goes for newer members. Many bladers have experienced this. And the forum changes quite frequently in the post ratio, spring and summer are the highest point.

Wow, the WBO is dieing there hasn't been a post for 10 minutes! (Yes, I kinda stole this quote from th!nk but its not only because school is starting, it also depends in the time of day you might be posting.

Also, on one side of the Earth, like right now, it's Night in China, whereas here in the US it's daytime... And yeah, schools starting up for me in 3 days...

Well I'm in UK so my schools aren't starting for a month. But it is sometimes die to the fact that the post has been made at late time or really early.

Guys this doesn't need a thread, this would belong in WBO random thoughts...

This is pretty pointless, just report it, it's spam to keep posting.
