Ok, I'm going to go through this again for the last time, so I'll take it slowly so you don't miss it.

there will be no rain date it is supposed to rain later in the day if it does rain during the tourney we could just move to the bandshell. also changed the time for regristration to a little earlier just incase it does rain so we don't have to move to the bandshell.

Man, it was hot out! Great job to all. The plastics tournament took incredibly long so we had to quickly run HMS (this makes me quite sad, I would've loved to battle other people). Here are the places!

Thanks Nexus for the excellent HMS battle, it made me fired up for HMs all over again. Special mention to UltimitePegusus, who exceeded all expectations and made it in 4th place in plastics she was crushing everyone in B Block left and right.

Next time we better have a longer HMS tournament! Next time I host I want to play HMS so look forward to it.

UltimiteOrion has the list of combos. I didn't participate in plastics (I judged only) but I recall a lot of Driger combos (S, V2, and G) in the matchups.

We took video of most of the tournament (we couldn't get the finals in plastics) so hopefully it's up to beychannel standards despite the heat and generally harsher conditions.

In the first match of HMS, I don't know if this was on purpose or not, but UltimiteOrion said Nexus won when it was clearly 2-2, and Nexus said he won.

However, i scored a record of 4-3 in plastics, so I'm happy with that.
I wish I had been in at least 3rd in either, but I was sure that I'd win HMS because if Orion allowed the last battle, I'd win that because I had changed modes from right spin to left and it made a comeback by 2 points. I could have beaten the bladders Nexus had beaten, but oh well.

It was nice to see some familiar faces and new ones. I was happy with my first HMS/plastic tourney, with a good record.

Orion, he destroyed almost everyone in plastics, lol.

Hope a new NYC event comes up by the end of the summer.

...Hm. I was judging the other match at the time, so I trusted Orion as the host to make the call. We might have it on video though so we can verify it with whoever had the video if they did.

Some people were still confused about reshoot lmao, luckily I went over that and enforced it in the block I was judging along with zackorang1.

And they guy who sounded like Donald Duck did too.

Also I am not sure but I will try to host a tournament for my bday but I will keep begging my parents to do it.

Today was really epic I am going to send the results and funds in the next few days I am hoping to have another tournament soon thanks everybody for coming.
