All the time, I see people talk about recoil. What is recoil, and how can you detect it?

Can you not use google?
Anyway, this does not deserve a thread, but recoil is the action of springing back, in a beyblades case, after collision. The more recoil a beyblade has, the farther it will spring back when it clashes with its opponent. And it's not exactly a good thing.
