This seems to be more about your buying choice rather than Target in Canada. It would belong in: purchase consultation . But,yes, Phantom was a good pick.

By the way, make sure to add that shop on the Stores layer of the BeyMap and write in what stock they had when you went. It will help fellow Bladers in the same region.
