Hello,
Two things : Firstly, unofficial tournaments cannot be promoted on the World Beyblade Organization. They must be approved by the Committee. Secondly, topics about regions belong in the WBO General forum, and there is probably already a Tennessee thread you can use instead of creating a new one.
