Yeah I'm one of those, I love to read what others say to me and PM's can be anything so it's variable, I do like it.

I rarely got more than 1 at once but I do have a fair amount of PM and they are usually best when it's extremely long so I can read it longer, not sure why but it's rather enjoyable.
WBO is really inactive nowadays. It's a ghost town basically.

Yeah I don't know why but I get a feeling of loneliness when it's a very few members, yeah it's a website but I preferred it crowded.

Yeah, since holidays finished and school started WBO is really a ghost town.

I try to be as much active I can, but I don't really like to post on all forums, I prefer look and occasionally post.

I'm really active due to the fact I'm working on my Beyblade Fan Series.
Especially since RagerBlade is gone...
No offence to him, he's a good member, but he didn't carry the site. No one does (well, the committee comes close, but if they are inactive, the site is still active).

I agree with this, no one member carries the site.

Even K-V.
Speaking of which, people are on a LOT; but they never post.
I think you guys (but also basically everyone throughout the history of this site and of Beyblade communities) have the lowest self-esteem : you do not realise that you are not useless, you do not depend on others to be and to do, and you are truly a unique, whole part of this community. And guess what : this community will always renew itself. Countless have lost interest and quit Beyblading, but there have always been dozens that came and replaced them without knowing it. And the newbies of today can always be the Advanced Members of tomorrow. You have all the resources in the world to achieve this. And even when I myself will eventually have to quit, do not count yourself out : my replacement will of course be among you, and you have no right if you respect yourself to think : "Oh, obviously it won't be me, so I won't even bother reflecting on it".

So, all in all, keep in mind that evolution is always there : even if right now you think you are some "low villager" or whatever, you have the power to bring yourself out of that self-imposed category and take on another role in this community whenever you want, whenever you are ready.
I didn't mean that certain members are not important, I meant that all members are important, and not one carries the site by themself.
I do my best to get people to join the WBO but it seems that instead of talking bout customization and battle strategies they wanna roleplay and talk about bit-beast. And its been very quiet here for a while.... When I join sometime in April seemed like we had a carp load of people here.

Side note: Ragerblade quit?........
Usually, new members posts at maximum ten messages, and after they simply quit. WBO is "sleeping" because of school and job, holidays are over, routine come back.

Great post, Kai-V. As someone who has also been in the community for close to a decade, I can definitely back up everything you're conveying here. Everyone has the power to make a difference and carve a new path if they have the resolve to do so.

Yeah; like Rager was actually pretty cool. Not against people not leading the WBO, but basically Dual and I agree on the fact that not one member can make the site fun for all, and active. It's a community.

Basically a ton of kids who think Storm Pegasus is the best came back now saying BBP is "da beest bayblad evur" and then never follow the rules. Just basic spam saying where they think the newest Hasbro release is the best thing ever, and it's all like the anime.

If no one is interested in the actual game; sayonara WBO. You'd have a good run.
But let's be honest, most of the people with competitive knowledge won't be around forever. Hope the next gen of BB is going to be more...accessible and realistic so kids won't be like back when I was 10. "strom paggysas is da best bcuz it shiney Fromm da supa vrtx sett go starblast attack"
Great news, guys. I just brought a Hasbro Stadium and some spare Beyblade to my high school's "gaming club" (TCG's, Smash Bros, etc.) and I got a lot of people interested. Some of them apparently collected during MFB, but forgot about it. Next week I'm bringing my promo-cards and getting accounts for everyone.

Hopefully some new faces at local events. Tongue_out

Not quit, but has had too much work and is thinking about cutting the WBO from his schedule.P

It is true that no one is carrying the site. Kai-V's post was inspirational as well. Members should believe in themselves.

Ooh, you should post more on this in the "Beyblade Clubs in School" Thread :))
Oh man, my WBO site was bugging out for some reason, pages kept merging and the blue boxes kept becoming white and the typing boxes kept being blocked by flashing blue background but I think it's just me.

That does sound like something I have never seen, hah.

Well it stopped for now but man is that weird, it kept jumping me place to place and replying was a real pain.
When I first updated to iOS 8 & went on the WBO there were Twitter icons boardering the homepage lol
Weird glitches happen here sometimes.
