Another thing to consider for the Committee at least is that while on the actual site it might not look like some people are terribly active, behind the scenes we could be very active planning something. Case in point: Team Format. That took a lot of discussion behind the scenes to make happen, which took away from any time I/we could have spent on the forum itself during that time period.

Also, I think the reason I didn't get Crescents tag notice was because when Echizen tagged me it said he sent the PM.

Crescent already said that Empire was on his Ignore list, so that's probably why Empire isn't getting a notification.
