Just testing it on other members. It works for Kai-V. Just not myself which I think shouldn't be a problem.

Oh, so @[*Ginga*] ? It makes sense not to be able to tag your own self, but I am surprised a plugin would actually take that into account.

What about notifications for when someone quotes you in a post? I've seen other forums with that feature & it's pretty convenient if you don't want to keep refreshing a thread you posted in to see if someone replied.

EDIT: TSO, i think this tagging feature pretty much solves it.

Yes it practically replaces the quote system haha. That gives me the idea of adding a button to tag others, where it searches through all users and tells you that there isn't such user of you put in a wrong character, or even a button next to the quote button.

No I can, but it would be easier for us if you had something like the tags on Facebook, but I appreciate how much work you have done.

It would be beneficial because it would be easier to tag usernames with special characters.

The orange is a tad too bright, Kai-V.
Also, automatically link it without the @[a user name}.

It is the same orange as every other link on this website ...

Still, a name should be differentiated from a standard link IMO.

Hence why it is italicised. You never differentiate usernames in your posts though, normally.
