I believe the committee wanted to get rid of the rating system, but they couldn't.
I do think it's a bit silly though....

I just hate when people make accounts and don't even bother to stay on the site for more than 4 minutes. They don't look at anything...

You can't rate threads in the Beyblade General Forum and Closed Threads Forum. Everything else should be able to be rated unless a mod changes that.

Sorry it is also the BeyWiki forum. I guess it's just specific forums.
I guess some of them, but the one who randomly register and don't do anything are very annoying.
Because at that point it's just taking a username.
Example- My Username has been Neo since 2004 or so. (games, etc.)
When I joined here, I put Neo in. Taken. carp.
"Ah...cool Beyblade...Dragoon Metal Fantom!" So I used NeoFantom as my register name.
Then I was like, "eh...sounds cheesy." Put a ~ after Neo. Okay, evading taken usernames. Cool.
Then I discover Neo was taken by someone who didn't even make an introduction thread. And visited one day- the day he registered.
That's carp.

I will check with each person before I do. My check list is for people I want to impersonate. I won't actually do all of them if they don't approve. I will only do for about 1 or 2 days before changing my avatar and writing in my sig and stuff that I am not the person my username suggests. The Valentin thing went on too long. It was just my first test.
I think it's a bad idea. Why you ask ? Becuase I'm not on your list. C'mon! I'm a great guy!
Really though, it becomes very confusing and I doubt anyone on your list would like that.

Plus you can get in trouble from stealing custom sigs.
