I did it, with the little time I had, hah. It is just two images from CoroCoro scans with a few edits. I thought the tower of Beyblades that introduced the Hybrid Wheel System as being "superior" fit well considering the Limited format was the main event of Anime North 2014.
The downtime is weird, but at least everything is back without issues. Perhaps there was some upgrade or DDoS to our host or something.

Just saw these posts now and I agree with Time. In fact, I have video evidence of geetster99 absolutely wrecking a Libra defense combo 3-0 in a BeyBattle at GBT2 using Lightning. Libra is surely a good Wheel, but it isn't the unstoppable powerhouse we used to think it was years ago. I can't see it ever being banned again.
My post may have been misinterpreted, haha.
I never called for it being or agreed it should be banned, I was just stating that it's good to have as long as Scythe and Omega are around, considering it is a powerful and versatile wheel. (and for the most part it's good against Lightning, haha)
