Honestly I can’t help but think that the wbo either has too many incompetent staff members or an insufficient amount of staff members in general. Maybe it’s just me but apart from and there are no competent/active staff members. Why not offer and staff positions? They are pretty much perfect for it.

May I ask what sort of frustration(s) lead you to this conclusion? Does it have something to do with moderation team? Wiki team? Organize play team? Social media? Or perhaps something else? In what area(s) do you feel improvements need to be made, and can you share a specific example(s)?
This is a message for the staff members.
This is not being rude it's the truth.
When dc left the staff team their were more spam and stuff. Even the staff team now don't mod as much. All I see is more spam. Zeutron points are right. This website is chaos that's why so many people left this website. I see some stuff member just on the searching page and not actually getting rid of spam. I am really mad that this website is going down hill due the spam. If you don't believe me look at latest posts(this was happening at 7:30 am) and believe me I have left this website before and I will do it again. Wbo staff just put things in order again and maybe dm dc if he wants to be staff again.

I think that the moderation team needs to be expanded or revamped (hard to say which one it is since I don’t quite know who is supposed to do what, but I think you get the idea). The spam and arguments on the wbo are pretty bad. We literally have people making threads for the sole indirect purpose of arguing (wbo war archive) and it’s understandable that the active staff members can only do so much. The best thing to do would be to simply find more staff members who are actually willing to devote a bit of time to the wbo ya know?

This is a pretty great idea.
I feel like Zeutron would make a great staff member for the wbo. He is the perfect exemplary for this website.

Hah thanks but I’m far from mature to be honest and I honestly probably wouldn’t devote much to the wbo. I just really think we could use some more people.
Yeah Imma be honest the WBO has had some serious problems lately
In terms of the WBO war archives thread, which did get rightfully closed, many commenting right now on this topic right now posted in that thread. Some to remind other community members that the war archive thread is a bad idea, and some to participate in the said bad idea thread. I applaud ones from the community who encouraged others to show restraint when posting, and to try to remember the rules. I like to remind all of us that if we can all be better ourselves, and to urge others to be better about their posts in friendly manner there would just be less moderation needs.
Even with people being told to not be stupid there will always be plenty of scam bots and inevitable fights almost everyday, and there's always enough to where most of us agree on needing more staff.
WBO nowadays there was that team war. Basically almost in every thread there was a point in where there was war.
