Thought I was so close to completing it because it shows almost 700 as having been seen. I guess it will take a lot longer than I had originally planned then.

Though if we knew each other in real life only one person would have to have it complete and "living" in their Pokebank and we would simply put in our cartridge, save and then voila it would be complete.

So I've gotten everything from Kalos except Yveltal, and everything from Kanto except the Legendaries (minus Mewtwo). Every other region has bits and pieces. Luckily I got a Regirock recently so I can just do Legendary for Legendary on the GTS until I get all the minor ones. Then I'll do the same with Zygarde for the major ones.

Woo.

This is what happens when you sit at home all day with nothing to do waiting for uni to start, lol.

nice work blah, im shocked by the speed that people complete the game's pokedex, including my own since ive never gone so close to completing a pokedex except in platinum, and that was after i got heart gold before i lost the game.

Do you have to have owned each Pokemon to complete it or just have seen them?

Also I'm legit interested in one of those Fletchlings if you have any left over.

I just beat the Elite Four, so now I'm working on trying to build up my Friend Safari as best I can cause I'm interested in a number of hidden abilities of Pokemon.

Quick question: is the combo Growth + Baton Pass really banned in competitive play? It says as much on the Smogon summary of Illumise but that's the only reference to such a rule I've been able to find.

To complete the Kalos dex and get the Oval Charm you just need to see all of them, but if you want the Shiny then you need to catch.


I believe it only applies to Smogon rule-sets, other than that no ... You can still use it over Wi-Fi.

Apologies for the double post, but this is quite cool. Although Mega Latios' back sprite is so, ugh.

The mega evolution animation looks sick but honestly I'm not a huge fan of their sprites.

Their mega stats aren't too great either; don't see why you would mega instead of using soul dew.
Although Latios could become a decent mixed attacker I guess, with it learning Dragon Dance and all.

Soul Dew is banned in most Smogon tiers (except for Ubers), so these Mega Evolutions can mean a lot for Latias in particular. Calm Mind Latias just got a whole lot more scarier with even more bulk than Latias already had plus an impressive 140 Base Sp.ATK to come with it thanks to the Mega. I could definitely see Calm Mind Mega Latias becoming a potent threat. Heck, I could even see the Timid 3 Attack set being scarier thanks to this bulk since it would no longer have to take the Life Orb damage. Mega Latias is also less prone to Pursuit trapping now, with that now impressive 120 base defense/ This could mean Latias being put back to OU, or its Mega Stone most likely being banned from UU if Latias isn't brought straight back to OU.

the soul dew is also banned in vgc as-well so it could mean the same thing for that as-well, once they allow non-x/y pokemon in their tournaments.

At the opening sequence, press the following button combination: Up + B + X. If you put it in correctly, it will ask if you'd like to delete the save file. Keep in mind, do this during the opening, not the main menu.

I think it's "banned" because those egg moves are incompatible with each other, at least until X/Y. Since females can now pass down egg moves as well, you could try breeding a Volbeat that knows one of those moves with an Illumise that knows the other.

I really don't understand why people need to cheat in a Pokemon that's going to be released soon, most likely as an event download. I've seen people on Google+ willing to PAY to have one traded to them.

It's so cute and strong; Diamond Storm looks cool.

I couldn't help myself and bought one as well.

But I have tried playing doubles recently (VGC I guess?) on the Battle Spot and I actually find it quite fun. It's a lot different to Smogon singles and is pretty fast paced but I think I will get the hang of it soon.

Ingulit also has a Chansey Safari if you wanna get up in that.

I swear, the Shiny Kalos Trio do actually look like toothpaste, but Xerneas is so elegant with that shade of Blue and Yveltal's red matches perfectly with the white. Zygarde is okay i guess with the peppermint colour.

Does anybody know how I can get Chlorophyll on a bulbasaur and Drought on a vulpix? I want to build a sun team.

the friend safari if you get the appropriate safari. can can provide both as i have a drought ninetails from wondertrade and have a safari of ivysaurs.

Ok thanks, I don't have either vulpix or ivysaurs in my friend safaris. Can somebody trade me a drought vulpix and a chlorophyll bulbasaur? My friend code is 1289-8483-9049.
