Nopw I got that outta my system, i have to say I love the games. While the game did not give me the same nostalgic feeling, I still loved it. I really enjoyed the game, and need a ditto safari, hint hint.

Evolve it to a Venasaur in the Battle Chateau/Elite 4 and get a reset bag, horde battles from then on with Power Items and Pokerus if you have.

My friend saw a Zapdos once and killed it (I don't think he saved though), but it wasn't in that cave that the legendary birds run to. I've been looking in Santalune Forest but haven't seen one since...

If it wasn't in that cave then he didn't kill it. It automatically runs away, before you have a chance to take action (Moves, Items, etc.)

I have a couple bulbasaur if you want one and what kind of IVs are the steelix and the scizor??
I have no idea about the EV and IV things, I just hear them sometimes. This is my first pokemon game and I dont understand what those things are.
One more thing, I will trade Scizor or Steelix for a Squirtle, Wartortle, Blastoise, or Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, or Venusaur.

okay that may be a problem but one that I can overcome IVs determine the base stats of a Pokemon the max iv of a certain category can only go up to 31. EVs are the part of the stats that can be changed using the Training game or Items such as Proteins, Calcium, and Iron
I will have your Squirtle by Saturday or Sunday I can give you the squirtle or a Froakie with the Special Ability Protean
which turns Froakie into the Type that the move is. So say Froakie uses a grass type move. That move turns Froakie into a grass type

surprisingly GF paid a bit of attention to IVs and natures with regards to trades, the Bisharp and Steelix both have good natures and IVs for me.

anyone know a really good spikes user avalable in x (because ferothorn cant learn spikes till after the pokemon bank) and or have a breloom/shroomish or a safari with one? those are the last parts for my team, though i need breloom more than the spikes user.
