I got a the Basic version of Garchomp (forget his name) from wonder trade. Anyways I'll take out druddigon and replace it with Lucario. Is that better? Also will add my Blaziken to my team later, but who should I replace?
Blazekin and lucario on the same team is kinda a bad mix. Both fragile and have ground weakness.
Can anyone give me Aggronite?

I'd say use only one fighter and then build a team that complements it. My main fighter since gen 4 has been Lucario and a good partner for Lucario would be Dragonite/Salamence and gengar. Lucario walls both Dragons weakness to rock and ice and protects your whole team from annoying toxic users while the two dragons are unaffected by ground and resist fire and fighting. Blazekin's typing aint that great as it leaves you with 4 weaknesses and no immunity to rock or fairys. Gallade works pretty well.

I'm no expert, but some quick reading of Bulbapedia makes me want to say he should be probably calm to balance his defenses, and know Rain Dance, Surf, Psychic, and Trick Room. A tank is like an Anti-attacker, right? And you want him to use Special Attack? He should probably hold the leftovers.

So guess where I've been the past few weeks haha. Anyway, finally got something vaguely resembling a solid team together after quite a bit of breeding and training and so on. Feel like some good 'ol standard 6v6 to test it out, so if anyone wants to battle (Normal Rules, no ubers please (Mewtwo, Xerneas and Yvetal are the only ones around at this point) - really annoyed gamefreaks still haven't made that an option despite these games clearly being aimed at supporting the competitive battling aspect of pokemon), PM me to exchange friend codes etc and catch me online some time or whatever (assuming my internet decides to co-operate).
EDIT: My internet is kinda dodgy lately and I am working on breeding another team too so I may be busy sometimes but I'll try and keep my 6v6 team in my battle box so I'm ready to go.

Dunno about Looker, (maybe Mega Ring upgrade first?) but here's how to access Upgrade.
Apparently go to Friend Safari at least once and battle at the Battle Maison at least once. Both are in Kiloude City. Then go to the north of the city to the little pond with benches and Serena should be near the top. Battle her and she will tell you that Sycamore is waiting at the Anistar Sundial.

Manicben is correct about the Mega Ring upgrade. Serena uses Mega Absol and gives you the Absolite after defeating her.
Looker Bureau happens after Looker calls you on that hologram device when you walk around Lumiose City. I flew to South Boulevard Pokemon Centre and took a few steps outside and he called.
I got Pokemon X last Sunday night and it is really fun, despite it being pretty easy. If anyone wants to add me so we can battle and trade and stuff like that my FC is 5343-9100-2066. If you do send me a message with your FC since it wouldn't work if I didn't know yours.
Finally beat Y! Pretty cute ending, to be honest. This was my second Pokemon game, & definitely one of the better games I've played recently

Supreme One: There's still postgame to go, including the quest with Looker which was one of my favourite things in any pokemon game (I have a soft spot for detective stories and that presentation style). Don't stop just yet!
Also, Looker only happened for me after I got the mega ring upgrade. I think the first time I went to lumiose after that it started.

The Looker quests were a nice change of pace and I really enjoyed the story with Emma.
