Thing is, the WBO doesn't send people out to host. Someone in the community steps up and organizes it. The WBO simply approves it. So instead of asking everyone else to host. Why not read the event guide and step up and host.
If someone in the Conroe, Woodlands, and Spring area needs help hosting a tournament, i would gladly help you, but i have no BB-10 stadiums, so you'll have to provide those. So if you need any help, just pm me.

If you wish to promote this event on the World Beyblade Organization, then it will need to be approved by the World Beyblade Organization Committee, and Hasbro stadiums are so bad that they are completely forbidden in the Organized Play Rules.
