This is the next PlayStation coming out. It is coming out in 2013 during a holiday. It combines with the PS Vita. Sony is said to be working with AMDx64 CPU. The finalized beta version will be sent out at the end of this year. This will not be compatible with PS3 games, they will be available on Blue-Ray and Disc and PlayStation network.

Sony hasn't announced a PS3 successor yet. Everything you've posted is rumors, speculation, and conjecture.
