I'm seriously sick of this company and hearing horror stories about them.
  • They're absolutely overpriced. Even combining fees from MOJ you can get stuff for cheaper than you can from Toywiz, and there are loads of other stores that sell things at a reasonable price.
  • They don't care about their customers. I have never received a response to a single e-mail I've sent Toywiz, and I have sent at least a dozen.
  • They don't understand their product. Just recently, someone paid $15 for a Random Booster LIGHT Vol. 2. Nowhere on Toywiz's page does it say that it is Random Booster Light, and nowhere does it specify that it comes with no Metal Wheel. Toywiz uses the same generic and poorly written description for all of their MFB items.

Do the Beyblade community a favour: don't buy from Toywiz.
Sooooo watr we gonna do about it?

Yeah! Boycott toywiz there mfb are 100% over priced from eBay.
its not just their mfb that r overpriced as ive sed b4 seriously DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Yea they are pricey, but they have responded to my emails though.

I don't plan to buy from them again.
I've never bought from them but at least they've got some stuff in stock that other places don't like random boosters and rock leone. Although i've never bought from them so but now there's no chance i ever will.
The only thing they really had on us back in the day was obscure plastics and a good selection of HMS products, which were kind of overpriced, but the items were usually rare. Now they're applying even worse pricing to a new line which is in production, and it's absolutely absurd.

At this point not only do you not need to buy from Toywiz, but you should not.
that person was me i really want my money back.

I really hope you do man. Keep us informed.
well i e-mailed them last night and i was gonna call them but their line only works monday through friday. Also i read that in store policy if it is removed from the original packaging they can't accept it back but who gives a carp about store policy. As a customer i have a right to be properely informed on what i am buying plus shipping it was like $18 total i had to do odd jobs all week.
I managed to get a deal from them for various reasons, but I support this fully. Their prices are so over the top, children can look at those prices and understand that something is wrong with that. I don't know if Toywiz's supplier overcharged them and they're trying to compensate...or if they just practice bad business, but I do not reccomend them what so ever. If we had a business in North America that could offer realistic prices and kept a good stock, I would be ecstatic...shipping almost makes buying online pointless when all of the Business are ran overseas. If Toywiz got itself together, I'd be buying from them, but from what I can tell, they have little care for customer awareness and satisfaction...I hope they prove me wrong some day.
I already assumed that everyone here was pretty much on this boat. I couldn't afford to buy stuff from this site if I wanted to. I don't understand how they sell anything at those prices.
Well I'm all for it, the site is pretty bad overall.
lol half of ToyWiz's stuff is "sold out"
The first and only time ive bought from them....

1. Starter Bull
2. Starter Pegasis
3. Starter Sagitario
4. Booster Leo (105F,Not enough money to get it AND the stadium)
5. Attack Stadium

2 weeks later, i got 1,2, and 3, along with a Booster Sagitario (125SF, which I already had all the parts to) I tried to fix it, but couldn't. In the end, I ended up buying booster Pegasis (145D).... I got it 2 more weeks later... I didnt get my stadium until 3 months after I ordered it....
Yes, I have always noticed the vague descriptions, and the difficulty in finding the information you need. Is there a comment sheet that you can email on the site?
We could use this form [click] and for the subject, choose other, and describe the problems with the Beyblade stuff. If you think its a good way of doing it Brad, then we could all do it too. I know it wont lower prices, but customers deserve to get as much information as possible about what they are buying. I know you've done it before, but if a lot o people do it its better
We've done group e-mails before. They have never responded.
i hate there prices but its the only way i get mfbs. the shipping price sucks to but they r in ny so i can just drive there. but rlly WHY R THE PRICES SO BIG COME ON THATS OUTRAGIOUS

eg.bakugan from there, one special drago=$60 last time I checked.
no toywiz for me! toysnjoys is kinda good, beyblades cost 12-13 dollers, and with shipping it's about $20.95, ebay is good to, only if it isn't a scam or rip-off, but definitly no toywiz until the prices go lower!
