Well... That was a pretty 'In your face' introduction. First of all, welcome to the WBO! ;D.
Second, although your right on Big Bang Pegasis and how it has no competitive parts and such, Storm Pegasis & Galaxy Pegasis has one specific part that excel in the metagame for almost the entire long run; RF & R²F. They are essential if you are an attack type blader.
