if I said mislaunch excuse me clearly not what I meant but as for the clause I had no knowledge of there being one call per match. I've always know 2 per tournament and I've seen it to be that at tournaments. long back in the days when deikailo and bluezeespiral were at tournaments.

I've just seen the footage and the point where you grabbed a beyblade MID BATTLE made me actually voice my surprise. The rules clearly explain how the reshoot clause works and that's not it. You have been here long enough to know better, as you've made clear in your posts.

IMO your DJ face should be stripped at the least - you obviously don't understand the rules.

StormAquario666 very clearly won that match with one round and two illegal interferences by Sniper, at least thats how I see it.

That said, the tip allegation seems ludicrous to me, throwing around baseless accusations over spinning tops is extremely poor sportsmanship.

And this is without even mentioning the judges.

It would be good to hear the voice of the judges for the tournament about what happend.

The judges that weren't even competent enough to point out the very obvious illegal stuff from sniper?

I'm also very concerned that this was the only way this whole thing was bought up - through an unrelated false accusation.

The whole thing also only worsens my reservations about team-run tournaments - especially a team that's willing to name a tournament after themselves...

If by "Team-run", do you mean the two users who organize the events (laidbackblader and I)? The entire Team does not collectively organize the events, and as far as naming the events after ourselves; It's not like we name them after ourselves to make it look like we are the strongest or that we intend to dominate the competition, we place the word "Kirin" in the name of the events to show who is running everything. Additionally, I was not around (nor laidbackblader) when this indecent occurred, if so don't you think I would be "competent" enough to notice that this is illegal? The fact that this happened is enough of a surprise to the community as it is to me.

Personally I just associate "Kirin" with the Chinese Qilin and I do not bother myself with it ... This is really not an important issue right now, or any other moment either, hah.

The kirin thing in the title definitely strikes me as self-indulgent at the least. If people want to know who's hosting they can check the thread.

As for whether or not you would be competent enough to notice it, to be blunt: I have very little experience with you and most of what I do have isn't particularly good, so let's just drop that rather self-important line of inquiry, okay?

As a host, could you at least tell us who judged that particular match, seeing as it doesn't appear to have been mentioned by anyone? Please tell me you at least kept track of who judged which matches or could perhaps tell from the voice?

-V: The way I see it, how competent they are compared to other hosts in the area isn't a big deal, this happened and either they weren't supervising well enough or let someone incompetent supervise the match. The latter is definitely a lesser concern but it's still a concern.
As for the kirin thing, it was really just something I felt should be mentioned and left there.

We have the information now, about who judged.

As for the name of the tournaments, they call them things like "Double-Shot Kirin", "The fall of the Kirin", etc. They are not glorifying themselves that much, hah.

The "Kirin" Thing is a theme, nothing else.

I've modified my post slightly to respond to that, as it was made before Kai-V's post about the kirin thing.

As long as who judged is known, I have nothing more to say about this whole thing, I think I've voiced more than enough of my opinions at this point.

I'm here because I care about the site. This situation undermines the entire foundation of the site - its competition, at a time when our existence is finally being acknowledged by the WBBA, amongst other things.

The video was shown to me and it struck me as a particularly severe breach of the rules. I may be very vocal about my opinions but if this wasn't an exceptional case, I wouldn't have bothered.

All I can guarantee is that both Sniper and the judge in this indecent will never judge at laidbackblader and I's events again.

I was not a judge at this tournament. I did in fact question Pyro about snipers tip being too worn down. I repeat. I did not judge any battles at this event

IMHO- Unfortunately the fact that Sniper picked up his Bey twice should absolutely disqualify him. Move everyone up one spot for positioning and hopefully that should take care of any issues or concerns. Yes, I know I would benefit from this but TBH I could care less about the win as much as to make sure that the blader he was battleing be rewarded properly. Sniper should also not be issued any wins from that point forward.

At the end of the round 3 vid, you could kinda see sniper doing something with his bey. He MIGHT have cheated, remember, you can't disassemble your bey during a match. Idk if he was mode-changing or something. Btw prue didn't judge, in the vid, I heard the voice of the judge, it's Joseph317.
OMG!!! I just saw sniper pick up his bey twice!!! During the match like 30 seconds after the launch!!! I'm leaving this in your hands, now, Kai-V. Do what should be done (Idk what should be done. Why, sniper, why?

He did not do anything to his Beyblade ... The only thing he did wrong was stopping the battle twice for no legal reason.


Also, OK, we know who the players are, who the filmer is, who the judge is, but who was watching that match, otherwise ...

I just don't want my name thrown around this. I've worked too hard to do whats right for this community and to help grow the WBO. It's an integrity thing for me.

That's legal. I guess. He was trying to see your bey to counter it. It's over. Justice has been served.
