Let me translate, 'hey, how about a Dojo for bladers.' that is what he was saying, over wise, why would we want a dojo for Beyblade?
Do you mean like a training ground for blading? U can just use your beystaduims, in theory.

lol, what would using a dojo to train people to do the above have to with the anime other than saying tyson used it once in season 1 to launch dragoon faster
