Honestly, I don't care about the spelling, because obviously it was done on purpose.
Your avatar was an attempt at copying that went horribly wrong. And I would have been fine with it if you had not used the black and white filter to resemble mine.
You guys are fighting over a small thing? Animated, copied style or what, it doesn't matter. His not basically copying you as you weren't the first ones to do it anyways, if he wants to do the same just leave him be. All your doing is going off topic.
