I do want that. But people use paypal allit in here so if u want a deal quicker you should do paypal. Because sone people might not live near you like me

It can be actual cash once you make a PayPal and sign up for it you can add your bank account if you do have one, then you can transfer your PayPal $ into your bank and then you can receive your $ in cash. Also you can order a PayPal card so you can use it like any other credit card except it'll be from your PayPal and bank if you have them linked to each other. PayPal is safe and secured, I was a bit worried when I first heard of it but it's really easy and fast payment BIG PLUS is that now you can purchase mostly on eBay cause most items on eBay are linked with PayPal.
I don't trust Paypal enough to link my bank account haha, but maybe the credit card thing could work... have any more info on it?

Well in order to get the card you must have a PayPal, then once you receive your PayPal card you can use it for anything to buy, but only for what you have in your PayPal account though. Also again with PayPal you access more of eBay items to buy cause most eBay users use PayPal for the payment.

Well I'm not sure but I do know you must have PayPal in order to receive the card and in order to use the PayPal card, again PayPal is safe and secure you don't have to add your bank account with them if your not that sure about it ok, even I don't do that but there's a few that do it and it's still safe. If you ever want to sell the Dragoon MS you better sign up with PayPal cause most users in this site have PayPal even me ok.
Paypal is perfectly safe. If there are ever any problems when you buy things then you can bring up a case to get your money back. Just having a normal current account and a debit card connected to your paypal sounds way better than getting a paypal card and a lot less hassle since you'd have to transfer money anyway from your actual bank account. God knows why so many people are against paypal. It's perfectly safe and millions of people use it. Also i'd put your exact location in Canada in the first post or your profile if I were you.
