World Beyblade Organization by Fighting Spirits Inc.

I was just wondering, where would I ask a question related to beyblading itself, as general dicussion doesn't seem like the right place for it and nothing else fits either. To provide an example question:

'Why are the classic Hasbro stadiums hated so much?'
