Hmm... It's a too big to be a Sig. And did you JUST learn how to make graphics?
Plus, add more than one example and use the IMG code for them, like so:
[Edit] Your sig is WAY too big. The adverage one is 500 x 200. That big of a picture is not for signatures. And if you're going to put it as an example, put it in a spoiler. (Ex: [ spoiler ][ /spoiler ], without the spaces between brackets.)

You need practice, get GIMP, look up tutorials, you just put pictures together, you cant call that a signature.

Also, Learn to render images, not paste two images together and call it finished.
